September 13, 200817 yr hi peeps. anyone out there renting rooms to thai,s. i find my self with a couple of rooms full of household goods, left by ex tenants. my question is whats the legal situation for getting rid of this stuff. plus can/when can i get rid/sell this stuff???. thanks for replies.

September 16, 200817 yr when the tenats turns back, first has to pay due money and than you give him money from the sale (have in invoices, even hand written, with the name, address and phone number of the buyer) minus 10% for your hassle. Otherwise you are loosing money on not renting your 2 rooms, which you are using now as a storage rooms.
