Hi, I looked previous postings but i dont found much information about how to send money to other country from thailand.

Is it possible to send Money using Money Order from Thailand Postal service? How much is the charges?

Also is it possible to buy foreign currency like US Dollar from banks freely? do i need to show ID or passports etc?

Will it be safe to send Money by inserting inside letter in Envelope and post it thru speed post etc?

I see Thai people getting US currency at the bank occasionally...so probably you could too....your passport isn't heavy..take it along with you.

Postal moneyorders, ask at the post office.

Sending money through any mail service...not unless you can insure it.

You might check into wiring money through a telegraph/phone company.

the best way is either Western Union or Moneygram!
