Khun Ngo
...towards the 90 day limit within 180 days? If someone has entered on a Tourist Visa for 60 days, extended it for another 30 days, and then did 2 border runs for the free stamps, can he do another "run" or will he have to do a Visa at a consulate? I think he will have to go to get a TR visa as the extension is a stay not on a "visa".
ubonjoe
No it does not count. It is an extension of a visa not a visa exempt entry. One more run should be okay. Edited September 27, 2008 by ubonjoe
Khun Ngo
That sounds good. Can someone confirm if this worked ok recently at Aranyapratet?
astral
Tourist visas and extensions to the same, do NOT count against the 90 days in 6 months of Visa Exemption, so you are OK for one more run.
