Portable Home Spa

Featured Replies

Do they make portable hot tubs? Please describe them.....I've never heard of such a thing.

My guess is the Sheryl was refering to a non-inground spa that can be moved from one home to another, very common in the U.S. and usually made of fiberglass with PVC piping.

I have seen all nature of spa/tubs at HomePro. If there is not one on display, suggest you should contact the order desk as any manufacturer of a spa bathtub should have a dedicated spa in their product line.

So it is portable in that it is possible to move it but not liike you could take it with you to a party?

Perhaps if your very strong, however, it would have to be devoid of water.

Often referred to as above ground spas, they are made of molded fiberglass, like modern boats, with seating molded into the bottom and water jets strategically located.

Go to HomePro and look at any spa-tub and you will get the general idea. Then imagine a square tub 3x3 meters or less in size and your there. They usually sit in what are called "skirts" to hide the mechanism, such as the pump and the heater. They require constant maintenance, including water conditioning and the usual debate is whether to go gas or electric for the heater.
