I have been following the various hearings on the Lehman's bankruptcy but I'm finding information hard to get. Only in the last couple of days have the hearings produced anything of real interest.

Today I found an article stating that departing executives who left just days before announcing the failure were given $10 million bonuses upon departure.

This same article mentions that Fuld had taken some $275 million in compensation since 2000. Confirmed by the hearings.

There is another article which I discounted initially because it sounded a bit unlikely, that Lehman's had moved $400 billion off shore in the months prior to filing.

Among the more humerous was the case of Fuld being knocked out by a punch from another employee was while fuld was working out on the treadmill on the day of the filing.
