or any good suggestion , i need to taste food that have milk in it .. on a regular basis

Are you lactos intolerant?

I am too.

I have never seen any lactaz enzyme pills in Thailand but I know you can buy them at pharmacies in Europe.

In worst case you might have to order them from europe but I think that could be very expensive.

Have you been to any hospital and asked for it?

Perhaps they can help you better.

Good luck and take care.

Plant based milks and derivatives are the only ones to be 100% lactose free: soy milk, almond milk, oat milk, rice milk, peanut milk, horchata. :D

Most stores in BKK sell Soy milk, you can spruce it up with a table spoon of honey, add coco (pure) Some stores sell rice milk I forget the name but Foodland has it. :o
