looking for Lactase enzyme in bangkok

anyone with any idea of can help me get my hand on a stable supply of lactase enzyme?

I don't think anywhere in LOS, altho you can try GNC.

I called GNC right away but after 5 call to 5 diffrent chain , the answer is still NO ,

or any good suggestion , i need to taste food that have milk in it .. on a regular basis

I have never seen any lactaz enzyme pills in Thailand but I know you can buy them at pharmacies in Europe.

In worst case you might have to order them from europe but I think that could be very expensive.

Have you been to any hospital and asked for it?

Plant based milks and derivatives are the only ones to be 100% lactose free: soy milk, almond milk, oat milk, rice milk, peanut milk, horchata.

Most stores in BKK sell Soy milk, you can spruce it up with a table spoon of honey, add coco (pure) Some stores sell rice milk I forget the name but Foodland has it.
