Missing Girl Seen By Mum In Porn Movie

Recommended Posts

The mother of a 16-year-old girl yesterday asked the Crime Suppression Division to rescue her missing daughter who she said had appeared in a pornographic movie.

The woman, who owns a fruit stall in the Wong Wian Yai area, said her daughter went missing in early August before appearing in a porn VCD movie she came across last Friday.

The complainant, who did not want to be identified, said she believed her daughter had been lured into starring in the porn movie.

A day before her disappearance, the girl came home with a luxury mobile phone saying it was a gift from a man she knew. The mother was not impressed and told her daughter to return the gift. Her daughter left home the next morning and never returned.

``Last Friday I found a VCD in a plastic bag on my stall. A customer might have left it there. I opened the bag and saw two girls on the cover. One looked like my daughter and the other like her friend,'' she said.

The complainant said the man who reportedly gave the mobile phone to her daughter also appeared in the movie.

A complaint has been lodged with local police at Bang Yi Rua station.

Pol Col Pisit Pisuthisak, deputy CSD commander, accepted the complaint for investigation.

Hard position to be in. You want to help the woman, but not explain how you know her daughter is in a porn movie. :o

Considering the huge number of "movies" made with "bargirls" and the very limited distribution of them, I guess the customer who "forgot" the VCD must be a very good friend of the mother...

Sex, lies and an erotic VCD

Published on December 03, 2004

A 16-year-old girl whose mother filed a complaint with police alleging that her daughter had been drugged and lured to act in a pornographic film has called home to say she appeared in the film voluntarily and engaged in the sexual activity depicted with full consent.

The girl asked her mother to withdraw the complaint, saying she would only come home when the case has faded from the public eye, a Crime Suppression Division (CSD) officer said yesterday.

Pol Lt-Colonel Phanurat Lakboon, a senior CSD officer, quoted the mother of "B" as saying that her daughter had called home on Wednesday evening to ask her to withdraw the complaint so as to end the case quickly.

Phanurat said B hung up when she tried to find out her daughter's whereabouts.

Phanurat said police would still have to take action against the man who had sex with B as well as the film's producer as it was illegal to have sex with a person under the age of 18, even with consent.

The mother lodged the complaint on Tuesday, saying her daughter had disappeared from her Thon Buri home four months ago and she suspected B might have been drugged and forced by a gang to do pornographic films.

The mother told police that someone had placed a copy of the compact disc in front of her fruit stall. She played the movie and saw her daughter in it, apparently drugged.

A neighbour's daughter was also seen in the movie.

Phanurat said the mother told him that the neighbour's daughter had also called home to tell her parents that she wanted the complaint withdrawn. The girl also said she would only return home when public attention died down.

B's mother also gave police a photograph of a man she suspected of having lured her daughter from home.

The man, Apidet Mahuma, 19, turned himself in to the CSD yesterday and denied having anything to do with the film.

Apidet told police he used to be B's friend and that they had exchanged photographs. He said they had had intimate relations.

CSD commander Pol Maj-General Winai Thongsong said Apidet was released as police had no evidence of his involvement in the case.

Winai said the man appearing in the movie had a tattoo, whereas Apidet did not. He said the CSD had sought cooperation from local police nationwide to check if B and her friend were hiding in their areas or not.

Another myth put to rest! I suspect that this video is going to become famous. :o

What kind of parent waits 4 months to lodge a complaint about a missing daughter?

:o

I think it was a complaint relating to the porn, not her daughter missing. She only found the cd a few days ago.

Missing teenage porn-flick duo found

Published on December 04, 2004

Police yesterday found two underage female co-stars in a VCD pornographic movie, who have been missing from their families for four months.

Metropolitan Police yesterday found Pin (not her real name), 15, in the southern border district of Sadao in Songkhla during an extensive police hunt for members of an illegal movie-production crew.

They immediately placed her on a flight to Bangkok

They then found her 16-year-old neighbour and co-star Bee (not her real name) the same evening at a relative’s house in Nakhon Si Thammarat’s Muang district.

Pin told police yesterday that a man who claimed to work for a modelling agency had approached her with the offer of an audition in Muak Lhek district, Saraburi, investigator Lt-Col Sombat Milintachinda said. The shooting of the film took place in Saraburi, where Pin remained for a month before moving to Songkhla to stay with a friend who worked as a dancer in a restaurant, the official said.

Sombat declined to disclose how police had found Pin’s whereabouts but said she admitted she had been in contact with Bee.

Bee’s mother reported to the police on Tuesday that she had seen her daughter, a runaway from her home in Bangkok for four months, in a locally made pornographic film. The mother suspected Bee might have been drugged and forced to act in the movie. On Thursday, however, Bee unexpectedly called home to say she had performed in the movie willingly.

Pin could not lead police investigators to the alleged residence of a cameraman in Bangkok’s Lat Phrao district, saying she had forgotten the exact location.

TEENAGE PORN: Warrant out for arrest of film-makers

Published on December 05, 2004

Eight men sought for luring two underage girls to perform

Police yesterday issued an arrest warrant for a gang of eight producers of a pornographic VCD on a charge of luring persons under the age of 18 into performing in the film.

Lt-Colonel Sombat Militachinda said the eight were led by Sutthisak Vechakorn, who had provided money and the location. Nittaya Thaweechaipaisarnkul was the owner of the company, Chanakasem Thaweechaipaisarnkul was the producer, and Thanas, Chanakasem’s younger brother, was one of the performers, he said.

Police said the punishment was two to 10 years in prison or a fine of Bt4,000-Bt20,000 or both.

After questioning the two underage female co-stars, Pin and Bee (not their real names), police sent the teenagers to the Bangkok Juvenile Observation and Protection Centre to calm them down and ensure their safety.

Police said Bee had been found at the home of a relative in Nakhon Si Thammarat and reunited with her mother yesterday.

Bee’s mother last week filed a complaint with police alleging her daughter had been drugged and lured into acting in a pornographic film but on Thursday received a call from her daughter who told her she had been a willing participant.

The gals didn't "seem" drugged (as in 'against your will' type date rape drugs) on film to me. I thought their speech was rather coherent. As for a little mdma, coke, or speed... maybe, but probably by choice (as in old school Traci Lords era western porn).

Off topic a bit.... saw Nong Nat (of recent porn fame herself) walking around at Carrefour Ratchadaphisek shopping the outdoor market with the rest of the working girls the other day. So if anyone was worried that she was in jail, rest easy.

"received a call from her daughter who told her she had been a willing participant. "

Not really an issue. A minor can not give her consent for such behavior.

And some of you had better watch what you say about minors in a porn flick.

I hope the creeps involved get their just due. In a country where 25 year olds often look like teens, there is no excuse for these vermon preying upon minors.

No excuse and no mercy in my book.

Sure they can. Just as sure as they can and have committed premeditated (which involves conscientious decision somewhere in the process) murders here and the world over.

:o

-I'm not suggesting a rule saying that all underaged participants should be found guilty of course... but I think a blanket generalization saying that 'those under 18 are automatically innocent / cannot be held responsible for their actions / cannot give conscent to participate in illegal activities' is ridicuous.

Heng,

We're not talking about murder. We're talking about some a**holes who talked a 15 & 16 year old child into making pornographic videos. And there is legal precident in most of the world for sheltering children against these acts. Certainly in some cases where there are violent crimes committed BY THE MINORS the prosecutors can ask the judge to treat them as adults. But I doubt the authorities are seriously considering charging the children in this case. They are trying to re-unite them with their families I think.

It's not ridiculous to do everything we can to protect children from smut merchants who wish to exploit them.

Steve,

Agree that there are cases where underaged children are solicited by adults to take part in this sort of smut. And yes, that's wrong and should be prosecuted (but not prosecuted blindly). There are also cases where underaged children recruit other underaged children to partake.

I get minors trying to hit me up for loans all the time, and frankly, their logic and rationalization is often more "mature" than those twice and three times their age. I only turn them away because they don't own any real collateral (the kind made of dirt)... instead $6,000 watches they likely nicked from a tourist or local, but are saying belongs to their father.

I get approached by 16-17 year old gals who are basically young Heidi Fleiss characters trying to set up their gal pals with work for the evening all the time. No adults to blame there... and the "kids" involved (both the providers and working gals themselves) are most certainly responsible for their actions.

Murder or not, whatever the crime, "children" are often more adult than their legal status was the point. And yes, believe it or not, they are often aware of their legal status and take advantage of it (yes we can take part in this video/commit armed robbery/rape/murder, it's not like we'll get more than a slap on the wrist if we get busted). Hardly the behaviour/thinking of the innocent that need to be protected. And no, I'm reading anyone's minds, it's very commonly part of a suspect's confession and available for all to read or see on the news.
