Thaivisa Shop A Rip Off ?

I ordered a CD more than 2 weeks ago and they took my money very quick. No word after trying to contact them daily. My wife’s family can send a parcel from Udon on Tuesday and we will have it on Friday in Koh Phangan. All I ask is when was it posted, give me a tracking number or just respond to my quiery.

I've only ordered once from the store and don't recall when the items arrived, but arrive they did.
