hi steve,

you need to be self employed and have been in the past three years on consecutive non-b visa, no matter if they were single or multy entry.

you need to show your passeport with the visa for the past three years, if you have a new passeport, you need to bring the older.

those requirements aren't listed but steve i guess you'll go with who you know isn't it? :o

I don’t know from where you got that idea about having to be self-employed. People who are employed in a company they do not own but have to travel to Thailand frequently on business are qualified to apply for this three-year non-B visa and I have seen posts from ThaiVisa members saying that they got this visa. To be clear, we are talking about employment in a company outside Thailand.

this is a deal between a consul and an agent to allow his customers to get three years non-B,steve is going with that agent i believe, this might look surprising but i went with him also and everything went fine, this has been in application since a long time.

NHJ, I am not quite sure what you are saying. Are you saying that this holder of a three-year non-B visa is employed – self-employed – in Thailand and has a Thai work permit?

Are also saying that this person is the OP in this topic and that he already has this visa. If so, it makes no sense that he even started this topic asking if such visa was available.

hi,

for your first question, my answer is yes to both work permit and self employed

for your second, i know steve doesn't have this visa but i know why he heard about it as it's getting popular, many people do have this 3 year visa around here.

funny as even in my home country, the consulate isn't allow to issue it.
