" Let out some info and get some press on just how corrupt and dangerous it is here, lean out the stale ' Farangs " then we can start over with some fresh ( Russian? ) targets.. "

The Russians are the reason this sort of pond-life relocated from Pattaya to Hua Hin.

They couldn't hack it against the Russian ruffians.

Oxley will be caught/brought to justice, it's just a matter of time I reckon.

The story will more than likely be that Mr Ox will blame Mrs Ox, rats going down on a sinking ship springs to mind...

She (Sarah) is still in Jail in Prachuab Khiri Khan, her sister has been given power of attorney for all legal aspects of her business.

Oxley still at large, jumped bail in England, left a wife and child, has 3 children with this Thai Sarah. Really sounds like a nice person.

Hope they get him, he has a lot of money with him, not only his as he has investor's money from all over the place.

Violent drug pusher on loose

A FUGITIVE drug pusher who flooded a Sheffield nightclub with cocaine, Ecstasy, and amphetamines has got away with it - because police stopped hunting for him when he fled to Thailand.

Darren Oxley, aged 39, who was from Owlthorpe in Sheffield, went to ground in 2001 after police smashed a drug pushing ring he ran in the old Republic nightclub on Arundel Street, supplying revellers with Class A drugs.

The bouncer employed two men to deal for him inside the club in return for free entry and drinks but, before he could be sentenced, he left the country. Police smashed Oxley's drug dealing racket when 160 officers stormed the venue in one of the biggest police raids of its time.

Dealers inside, including the two employed by Oxley - who were later jailed for a total of five years - dropped drugs all over the nightclub floor. Officers claimed it was "awash" with them.

Undercover police had also bought regularly from Oxley's recruits in the months before the raid when they had the club under surveillance.

Oxley's dealers told their barristers they lived in fear of him and said when they told him they had wanted to stop dealing he had intimidated them by introducing them to criminals further up the supply chain.

He was described in court as the ringleader of the operation, "violent", "not a man you mess with" and someone who had made considerable amounts of money.

A warrant for Oxley's arrest was issued at Sheffield Crown Court in 2002 when he failed to turn up to be sentenced but, even though officers tracked him down to Thailand, they failed to get him extradited and closed the case. That allowed him to lead a lavish lifestyle in Thailand, running a property developing business in the Hua Hin resort.

But in January Oxley vanished again when it emerged he was wanted by police over an attempted murder on a Thai retirement resort he managed.

Wealthy American Donald Whiting, 65, who was gunned down outside his home, had been involved in a row with Oxley over extortionate water bills he claimed the drug pusher had sent to him.

Oxley's wife Janpen, 31, has been arrested for allegedly ordering the 'hit' on Mr Whiting. She was seized as she tried to cross the border into Cambodia.

Thai police believe her husband may have already crossed the border before her and gone to ground.

A spokeswoman for the Crown Prosecution Service in South Yorkshire said: "It was not possible to extradite him from Thailand. If Oxley was to enter the country, there is nothing to stop us restarting the case as the evidence that would be used in the prosecution case still exists."

A South Yorkshire Police spokeswoman said: "Oxley fled to Thailand. Subsequent extradition proceedings by the Crown Prosecution service were not successful."

normally the police here are only too happy to co-operate with outside agencies in order to extradite , or at least detain wanted persons.

it would seem that oxley was very well connected here and that the police were unwilling to co-operate with the uk police.....it is also shameful that the uk police closed the case so readily , a case closed removes it from the unsolved cases list and helps police attain government set targets.

postings on another topic say that oxley is now back in hua hin and openly conducting business.

unfortunately , thats how the world seems to work these days.

truth and justice , rip.

Thanks for referencing the other thread that I was unaware of, tax.

It's here:

Oxley - Assets And Business - Warning, Concerns and Legal issues

I, too, was surprised about the failure to extradite him back to the UK. As a poster on dozens of threads in which the Thai authorities have done precisely that, it is very suspicious.
