It's time to get a new car and the accord seems to be the front runner.  Looking at the difference between the two models, the only thing I see that is different for the 100K price differential is a HDD player instead of a standard mp3/cd player, a dvd player and the navigation system.  I like in Phuket so the navigation system really isn't necessary.  Is an OEM dvd player and the hdd really worth the price difference?  I don't think so, but maybe there are others out there that have first hand knowledge of these cars and can make a recommendation.

Hello,

My advice, if you don't need the navi (which is not reliable here anyway) just buy the 2.4 EL and you can get a massive sound system for less than 50 000...

I made the mistake choosing the dvd player and full sound system options in the CRV... If I knew it was shit like this, I'd rather go to Rocket Sound and get some real professionnal job for a more affordable price than Honda.

Hope it helps ^^

Cheers

I used MAN autosound in Phuket Town to install a hifi system in my car.

Very good service and normal price.

They are located just before the "old" Toyota garage in Phuket Town.

BTW I just bought a new Camry navigator which is in the same class as the Accord.

This is the second Camry i have and i'm very happy with it.
