Found a great piece of meat today:

Australian beef knuckle(bone off) with a perfect marbling for cooking a goulash, cooked some potato dumplings for it.

Wife liked the dumplings a lot, tomorrow fried slices of these dumplings with the rest of the beef goulash, may be additional a green salad in sour cream.

Looks good Gerd, I also love the dumpling the next day sliced and fried in some butter lecker lecker just like butter fried spaetzle or gnochi
