Problem With Drop Down Bar

when I have read a thread and I click on the drop down bar and then 'forum home' I get taken to an error page. this has happened the last few days only, it was working fine before this.

any ideas? ( i have cleared cache etc)

Never used that link before but sure enough, it returns a 404 error when you click on it.
