Go to the websites for Jetstar Asia, Tiger and Air Asia and compare prices and schedules. One should have the cheapest flight (Wednesday is usually the cheapest day to fly). Sometimes you need to use a different return airline to get the cheapest round trip price. Tiger use the LCC terminal rather than Changi but if the price is right then it's not a problem as you can get to the main terminal easily with the shuttle bus if you want to use the MRT instead of a taxi for a trip into town. If prices are similar then my preference for airline is in the same order I've listed.
