Schengen Visa From The French Embassy In Bangkok

My wife and I are going to France for a holiday. I'm Canadian so I don't need a visa but my wife is Thai. She has her own business and money isn't an issue. Can anyone give me details about what documents they will need, how many copies Etc. Any information would be great. Thanks so much!
