Did you try TRUE? They say they have extras for sale in set up instructions.

I ran new line to computer and use splitter there and plug output of splitter into wall so all phones on original wire are usable with the one splitter and there is no line loss to computer.

Do you mean you have two lines going into your house ? Our house is new with just one line in and a socket outlet in each room, so i don't think it would work ?

I tried the true kiosk where we purchased broadband, but they said go to a true shop. i went to the nearest true shop, and it was closed because the info on their website was out of date. i didn't want to go running around bangkok to every true shop outlet, and they are miles away from me anyway.

i suspect that they sell them in pantip, but i hate going there and getting hassled by porn vendors. Someone mentioned the IT mall - where is it, please ?

The IT Mall is in Fortune, the same complex as Fortune Hotel (see map). There's a shop that sells everything you need for ADSL right near the True outlet on the third floor. They have many different splitters. Look at all of them to make the best choice. If you buy one at True, you'll probably pay more, 'cause they have no scruples.

Be sure not to go early to IT Mall, or any computer shop, as they tend to be very much with 'Thai time'. Most will be open by 1 PM. :o

I have three phone lines but only one line is used for what I did. At lighting box outside home remove wires to house to attach same color together (if more than one pair) and attach a new wire directly to your computer room. Then attach to splitter and run phone side of splitter into two phone outlet and one side to wall (if you need phone there) or just into wall from normal splitter if no phone needed. It covers three extension phones in my house. For you another splitter is probably best if you have good inside wires already.
