Our rapid expansion requires a creative, experienced, exceptional and ambitious Sales Professional to head up a small team to bring an intense focus to sales and marketing operation required to deliver our revenue targets. This is an a ground floor opportunity to shape the direction of a company ready for massive growth, and you must be the kind of person who brings the ability to get things done, and deliver real results, no matter what the obstacles. Earning opportunities are exceptional and OTE earnings will not be less than 5M BT per annum.

• Experience of international software sales

• Track record of direct sales into SME

• Managing reseller channels

• Managing sales team

• Building high value client relationships

• Delivering presentations

• Assisting management to create strategy

• Native English speaker

• Internationally educated

Your Job:

1. Creating International Leads

2. Convert Existing leads to Customers

3. Deliver more revenue from existing customers

4. Develop strategy for new markets in global companies

5. Execution of Strategy

6. Implementing pragmatic processes

7. Reporting directly to the Managing Director
