The knee-jerk reaction would be to say drag her out by her hair and boot her up the arse, or perhaps get the goons in. But being the type of person you describe, in all probability she knows one or two goons herself and the war thing kicks off. Wouldn't go removing the door either and defo don't go in the room as she'll no doubt scream thief! Short of waiting for the end of month, simply make things tougher for her - as others have suggested, knock off the juice and the water. When she calls say all the rooms are out, intermittently. Meanwhile, get on the roof of a night and scrape a twig against her window mimicking the screeching of fingernails, all the while moaning like a ghoul. Any ghost activity scares the <deleted> out of these lasses :D

/Additional - make sure the moaning is louder than the clients'/hers :o
