Check Siam Paragon. They have a high end wine/tobacco store on one of the lower floors (not sure which floor).

Probably in a Swedish restaurant/guesthouse.

Tourist friends bring it here on Samui.

Snuff? Did that not go out of fashion in the 1800s??
