nemo38
This morning my travel agent told me Thai Airways had contacted him and said that flights up to the 5th of December had been cancelled. My flight is on the 7th so I expect to hear something about that in the next couple of days. I booked an alternative flight to Manila via Hong Kong but not paid yet. I only have to finalise the booking on 5th December. If Thai cancel my flight to BKK will they offer a full refund? I'd actually like to take the alternative flight at this point. bluemanna
They should give a full refund. My travel agent contacted me and said that Thai Airways had cancelled my flight and would give a refund
ShugNorris
I booked a flight to Thailand from London for the 30th November, obviously it was cancelled and although it was through a travel firm (Travelocity.co.uk) they did offer a full refund. There were rumours Thai Airways weren't refunding and I haven't got the money back yet but they've said they will and I'm in a similar position to you, I've booked my other flight so I'm counting on my refund! - ShugNorris
