Rather than end up with yet another property on the ever growing list of residences in different provinces and indeed countries, I'd like to get a small studio place either in Bangkok or Pattaya which is safe enough to leave stuff in when I am up country or in Singapore. I may be away for a few weeks at a time.

I'll need internet for sure and at least cable TV, more likely UBC. Don't need anything too fancy but not bar girl rubbish with paper walls and kick in doors.

Bangkok is easier for travelling (airports) but I know Pattaya far better so there is about a 50/50 balance for desirability.
