I'm thinking of attending an auction of villas advertised by mgiglobal auctions in pattaya and wonder whether any member has heard of this company. its name suggests and international company but a search of its website suggests it is a domestic company only.

the literature states that the villas are unfinished - is one bidding for a villa as is (i.e. unfinished) or a villa to be completed idc?

there are no terms and conditions displayed on the website and perhaps given the lack of information I should stay well away?

Well the Pattaya forum says it all and demonstrates the power of the Thai Visa forum. So thanks to thaiflyer1 and everyone else who contributed. I will spend Sunday on the beach.
