One Minute Entry into USA
US Citizens or others with Global Entry typically get waived thru pretty fast at the big US airports...LAX SFO JFK MIA DFW PHL...not sure about the other airports. There are also other options like MPC that is quick.....they just waive you thru....Welcome back Tom, Welcome Back Dick, Welcome Back Harry. Line normally less than a minute.\ They have you hold your PP open to picture page. They've probably already scanned APIS info the airline shared with them at departure.....hop skip jump, you're in. If they're looking for you, you'll be flagged and pulled out of line for additional questions. Now non-US citizens without Global Entry....lines can be super long...maybe 2 hrs or more, visa or no visa. Almost every airport I see that line is LONG and SLOW....but maybe that is no different than most countries. Good citizens get in fast, Boys on the Bad Guy list (non-citizens) get more scrutiny. -

US CDC report shows no link between thimerosal-containing vaccines and autism
And here Jeff Childers' take on the latest developments re Thimerosal in the new ACIP vaccine committee, as reported in his latest daily free Newsletter. Source: https://www.coffeeandcovid.com/ = = = Welp, in hindsight, it seems inevitable. The Washington Post ran a great story late yesterday headlined, “RFK Jr. wins his fight against a rare, safe flu-shot ingredient.” < https://www.washingtonpost.com/health/2025/06/26/rfk-jr-acip-thimerosal-flu/ > The new ACIP vaccine committee voted to recommend against vaccines with mercury in them, and WaPo had a surprising take. https://ci3.googleusercontent.com/meips/ADKq_NZN6AJ7joZrgnYrqUI-k1Nv4BYUeUfgGvr23J25GV55p0cHttxsG9UklQr9BroHO1LZdueLmPsnWTjGm9wJN-0RgQ1Gf2Ksw5gq9knkjqVmrrSobwOnZQUj8Fot2e_0xvTQvQW7eIr1kemzBls0T4l2NxWbLJrefiPbgbfidZqjcb-fK2mmXxQioICD8m2FGcG4kshXQJiIfrvNw4jJBLPvb9751X9E7Ouhx1b2Li4M3XWNkgLBc106IgVWPro4neCqdBIaLoPxKOAxFVcMzS7hEPF47zSRwFdr9_Io8gpt53CV0Xha1kZ9lAXqATWFHlNLzvM=s0-d-e1-ft#https://substackcdn.com/image/fetch/$s_!y7YZ!,w_1100,c_limit,f_auto,q_auto:good,fl_progressive:steep/https%3A%2F%2Fsubstack-post-media.s3.amazonaws.com%2Fpublic%2Fimages%2Fc7d28b53-cfa8-46e1-8354-e3e9fcdb0725_1306x464.png In a migraine-inducing narrative whiplash, WaPo’s story reported that hardly any vaccines include thimerasol anyway, so the decision barely moves the needle. But you’ll recall media’s hysterical predictions of mass death just yesterday. But today: meh, it’s nothing but a symbolic victory for anti-vaxxers. “The vote to no longer recommend influenza vaccines that contain the preservative thimerosal,” WaPo explained, “is likely to have limited impact because the vast majority of flu shots are thimerosal-free.” Now they tell us. The vote, merely a recommendation by the advisory committee, has no binding authority. It must be adopted by the CDC. But the CDC currently has no confirmed director, leaving the final decision up to Secretary Robert Kennedy, who in 2015 edited an anti-thimerosal book. So. The only panel member to vote no, Cody Meissner, argued it would limit the availability of flu shots. Oh, no. Last year’s shots had a woeful 33% efficacy. Just saying. But even after dismissing the change as “likely to have limited impact,” the article continued for about ten more pages quoting so-called experts who basically accused the new ACIP committee of being neanderthals who don’t understand anything except primitive PG-13 cave drawings. Of course, the paper didn’t cite any hard facts either, it just hand-waved about “settled science.” A biomedical civil war just won the Battle of Bull Run against the scientific-medical establishment. It can only get better from here. -

Report Struggling Cannabis Farms Fear New Regulations in Thailand
I take issue with that. Every grower set up to satisfy the recreational market and Anutin was very clear at the time weed was legalized that recreational use was a big no no. If you were stupid enough to ignore that then I have zero sympathy. https://edition.cnn.com/2022/06/09/asia/thailand-cannabis-legal-minister-interview-intl-hnk
