mmhh... that looks good, gerd. It made me hungry. I like to add yellow peppers julienne cut, to my chilli, to give extra piquancy and colour. What did you serve that with?

Agree with your yellow peppers julienne for the colour.

Before finished cooking wife and daughter did eating already with rice........

Just coming home and doing some garlic bread.....ready in 3 minutes.

May be interesting for you to know as a Chef: I have used minced Wagyu beef(Chefs are grazy as you know) flavour is great!!!

Wagyu beef? gosh, you know how to spoil yourself ..... know wot? I'm going to cook a mean chilli today for me supper. I haven't had 1 for yonks and this thread has rekindled that craving

ain't a chef, just a humble forum reader ... I leave that bombastic self appointed label of food expert / food writer for others to claim :o
