Man Stabbed In The Ear Outside Convenience Store In Central Pattaya.

In the early hours of Friday Morning, Police Lieutenant Colonel Sutum, the Deputy Chief of Pattaya Police was called to the Lek Hotel in front of Soi 12 off Pattaya Second Road, following reports of a stabbing incident.

The injured man, Khun Samorn aged 31 was taken to the Pattaya Memorial Hospital suffering from a stab wound to his left ear.

He explained to Police that he worked at a Steak Restaurant in Soi Diana Inn, Central Pattaya. He left work and was waiting in front of a nearby 7-Eleven Convenience Store for his Girlfriend when a man named as “Dier”, who workes at a Beer Bar located close to the store, arrived at the same time as the victim’s girlfriend.

The drunken bar worker began to speak in an improper manner to the woman. Khun Samorn questioned Khun Dier’s actions and a fight started. Khun Dier produced a knife and stabbed the victim in his ear and then fled the scene. He is now being located by Police.
