I am urgently seeking an apartment for a 2 month rental starting about January 10th. I had one, but it just fell through, and now I'm on the hunt again. The problem is I leave Chiang Mai in 4 days, not to return till the 10th. Can anyone help me with some places to contact about a 2 month stay? I would like a one bedroom, but a large studio could work. Furnished, near the old city/moat, tv, internet, hot water..

please if you know of something, or maybe someone looking to sublet their apartment while they go away.

This one despite saying 15k a month is 18k a month but is spot on and you will be the first in.
