I am urgently seeking an apartment for a 2 month rental starting about January 10th. I had one, but it just fell through, and now I'm on the hunt again. The problem is I leave Chiang Mai in 4 days, not to return till the 10th. Can anyone help me with some places to contact about a 2 month stay? I would like a one bedroom, but a large studio could work. Furnished, near the old city/moat, tv, internet, hot water..

please if you know of something, or maybe someone looking to sublet their apartment while they go away.

This one despite saying 15k a month is 18k a month but is spot on and you will be the first in.

Their is another called the Dome Residence between nimmanriri road (whatever its called) and the moat, its newish and only 9k a month www.thedomechiangmai.com
