A nice story now from Nong Nooch Gardens in Jomtien. Mr. Zhenming Wu aged 61 is a Chinese National who was caught up in the problems caused by the recent closures of the Bangkok Airports.

He arrived at Suvanabumi Airport on 23rd November and had arranged to meet with a customer who intended to utilize Mr. Wu’s Herbal Medicine services.

Mr. Wu had a return ticket to Thailand with China Southern Airlines. He arrived at the customer’s house to find that no one was there. He spent some days in Bangkok and then intended to go back to China, however the Bangkok Airports were closed so he decided to use the last of his money to hire a taxi to take him to Utapao Airport.

He arrived at the airport to find that no flights were available on his airline. Nong Nooch staff who were providing entertainment at the Airport spotted the man and it was decided that Nong Nooch would help the man who was allowed to stay at the Nong Nooch resort for free for 3 days.

On Tuesday Morning they arranged transport for Mr. Wu to the now-open Suvanabumi Airport for his flight back to China.
