Helicopters

Featured Replies

OK today (and that doesn't include when I'm in my office, because I can't really hear anything), I must have heard at least 30 helicopters going over. Just in the last 10mins there were 5 of them.

It's been the same for about 3-4 days now. Most seem to be going from airport to (at a guess Mae Rim - army camp?).

Normally I might hear 1 helicopter a month if that.

They sure are burning the helicopter fuel.

Anyone heard any interesting rumours? :o

have had several each evening go over my place up on huay kaew. they look like military transports, i did wonder if they were anything to do with the asean conference, assuming that's still going ahead?

Nope conference has been postponed. There were quite a few when Somchai was holed up here, but now there seem to be more. One going over as I type.

Maybe a training excercise. They do happen here :o
