On the right hand side at the top of the thread there's a an 'Options' drop down box. Click and select 'Track this thread'.

You can set an option to automatically do this for every topic you post in. Quite useful I find. Go into "My Controls", then "Email Settings", then tick the box next to "Enable 'Email Notification' by default?", and make sure you choose "Immediate Email notification" (the other options don't seem to work properly). Finally click "Amend my Email settings" and you should find that for every thread you post in you will be alerted to any new replies.
