Thai Customs Address, Bangkok

Featured Replies

I've been playing the chicken without a head game with the Thai post office for two weeks now . . . the post offices all claim other post offices have my package . . . then one claimed its at customs . . . they gave me a paper saying its at customs with my tracking number, but no address or phone number.

So I asked for the address, and they didn't have a clue where it is. Google found a phone number for Thai Customs, but no one answers.

Anyone know where I can find it?

I've made some progress . . . the only address I could find was hidden at the bottom of this page:

http://www.postalcustoms.com/

And it was in Thai, too

127 ถนนรองเมือง แขวงวังใหม่ เขตปทุมวัน กรุงเทพมหานคร 10000 โทรศัพท์ 0-2215-0966 ถึง 8 ต่อ 12

The english version of that page doesn't have anything . . . lucky that google maps can read Thai =)

So I called them and asked if they had my package and they said they couldn't find out. They gave me another number, 02-984-7317 . . . but no one answers . . .

I'm amazed anyone can ship anything at all, so dysfunctional . . . :o

I was there one time to clear my personal gear. Moving company took care of it, but if I remember correctly, its on Rama IV in Khlong Toey
