1 Year Old Boy Locks Himself In Car As His Parents Eat At Nearby Restaurant.

Featured Replies

On Sunday Night yet another case of a young child locked inside a vehicle occurred on Jomtien Beach Road in front of the Krua Villa Restaurant. Police and rescue workers arrived and were met by Khun Sontaya aged 38, the father of the 1 year old child who was trapped inside the Nissan Navara Pick-up. He explained that they had come to Pattaya from Bangkok for a day out. In the evening Khun Sontaya and his family decided to eat at the restaurant and left the child sleeping inside the truck. The door remained unlocked and the engine and air conditioning were left on. The family ate dinner only meters away from the truck and soon heard cries from the child who had woken up and inadvertently locked the doors. Rescue Workers managed to break-in to the truck and the boy was rescued just over one hour after he woke up.

There are more and more locals doing this shit, leaving the engine and aircon running while they shop with the spare key in the pocket. Now they are leaving their kids inside (2nd similar event), bloody idiots.

Not so many years ago in the west, this was pretty common. Usually, kids were a little older though, so getting locked in wasn't as likely.
