Translation Asked Of New Immigration Notice

Immigration posted a new notice on its website:

Can someone please tell me what it is about. Just want to have an idea what it is about, to see if it is important or not.

I translated the entire thing, copied it to the clipboard but then I got connection problems... so now the entire translation is gone.

In short, it is about the procedure to apply for Thai residency. Not sure what the old rules were so can't say what changes there are.

I clicked on the link and it was in English. It is informing people applying for permenant residency when they could apply this year, from now until the 30th to submit their documents, filled in form , pay for the application (7600 baht). Seems to be the same process , same cost, same quota, I went through 5 years ago to get my resident permit
