I'm filing bankruptcy because I have $40,000 in credit card debt. I have 10 gold coins valued at about $8000. Should I tell the judge about these or not? If I don't tell him, I can keep them, but I think that would be fraud. Is there any way for him to find out I have these stored at my home.
