I opened up Yahoo Financial pages without problem but then tried to go to one of the message boards in that section and got the same message about it being blocked by CAT. Don't know why. Worked for a while last night, but today it stopped working again. I get the following message.... Network Error (tcp_error) A communication error occurred: "Operation timed out" The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests.
