I jointly run a Thai food business in UK with my wife,we had a work permit granted 18 months ago for her daughter to come and work for our company here in UK.When her visa expired she returned to Thailand as promised.Since then the SBS Scheme has been withdrawn,and I believe now they have a points based system in place.I saw an advert on Television here in UK that said "if you are an employer and you wish to employ non EEAC nationals you have to register your business".....While back in Thailand my stepdaughter has gained Internationally recognised F and B qualifications,and we would very much like to re-employ her.Can anyone give me the lowdown on the likelyhood of obtaining a work permit and which proceedures would need to be followed.Many thanks.Dee123.
