I was thinking of renting my bike out, in my home country I would be seriously worried about liability, If an accident occurs and insurance does not cover it (or not sufficiently) what is

the probability of the owner of the bike being taken to the cleaners. I think that it is not a problem here, as the insane laws of the USA are not applicable here...ie deep pockets are sought after.

Sorry, I am a paranoid American... in the USA there is definitely a need for paranoia these days :o
