Build A Driving Range, Cost Of The Land ?

Hello,

I would like to build a driving range (golf), how much will cost the land ? I need something like 25 000 m².

My wife is telling me the lands costs 2 500 000 B per Rai... but this is for the "good" lands, an agricole/farming land is enough for a driving range i think, no ?

We are in Lam Lukka area and would like to build the driving range here.

THB 2.5M / rai in Lam Lukka is about right. You are looking for 15.6 Rai (1600 sqm / Rai), so a 39 million Baht purchase is in your future.

Not quite sure how they will define a driving range, it might come under commercial. Best to check with your local district office, but you may well find that you you can build a driving range under the 10% exceptional use provision, depending on the location.
