What is the best way to watch old movies at home in Thailand?
I find Netflix to be adequate to my movie watching needs. Lately been watching a lot of “Cops” reruns and judicial productions on my iPad. We do have a large screen TV (recently replaced) but my wife has control of that, mostly.🙂 -

Best UK Bank whilst living in Thailand
Opening another bank account might prove very difficult. The requirements will likely include proof that you are a UK resident. Maybe a Council Tax bill or something similar. Even if you find another bank that will open an account for you, don't close your Santander account. Most UK Banks are closing accounts of customers if they find they are living abroad. Better to keep it just in case. -

Look, all women like to feel attractive, but for female pop singers who live not off their voice, but off their physical attractiveness, when the physical decline sets in and they are no longer popular, well imagine what a shock that must be when you were loved by everyone? Seriously?! I find it very hard to believe that any person would hand over their wallet to total strangers, no matter how friendly, so that they can view his currency notes. I wonder what his insurance coverage was for 'theft/robbery'? Let's see what the cctv shows. -

Health Supplements
I was watching a video the other day by a Dr I follow on yt Dr Brad Stanfield The most interesting part of the video was blood pressure. He said that a 140/80 blood pressure reading was now no longer good enough and we all should be aiming for a reading of 120/80. Of course other factors come into play so 140 might not necessarily be bad but the general idea was that 120 was better. Diet and exercise will be most important before any supplements some of the things he reccomended included 1. Omega 3 Fish oil 2. Psyllium husk 3. Creatine monohydrate The other 1 he mentioned was a low dose of melatonin but I guess melatonin would only be helpful for someone with poor sleep. Don’t think you can get melatonin in Thailand as far as I’m aware -
