Wii Best Prices In Mbk?

I was in fortune town today getting some prices for a Wii. For a US model the cheapest was 13900, I think it was a sport pack and had 1 joystick. Another shop had a bundle but is was Japense and they wanted 16800.

I didn't get chance to go to MBK but do folks think I would find prices much better? I can possibly get there tomorrow if you do. It's interesting that these prices are more expensive than the UK, I suppose the UK's don't have a bonus of the chip.

Also, is there any real advantage to a US model?

You can find it at MBK price around less than 9,000 Baht and games fro about 60 Baht. I got mine jsut 2 weeks ago for about 8,900 Baht with 15 free games. It is on I think 6 floor where the food Court is. There are few Shops that offer same price. I hope this is helpful.

There was no catch. They actualy gave me 15 games free with machine. The machine was unluck so can take Games only cost 60 Baht. At first I try to buy from Robinson and price was over 19,000 Baht. Again can go to MBK where the Food court is and get the Machine.

At less than 9,000, it isn't a US machine. I they can flash Korean/Japanse Wii's now to be in English. I'm not sure if this will affect anything like updates. Updating the Wii with games from wrong regions have been known to brick the Wii. I haven't actually played my Wii in a while so my information might be outdated. Go check out some mod sites to see what they are saying.

Hi, I live up in the north and don't get to Bangkok very much. Can someone tell me which is the nearest skytrain station to MBK?

Also are accessories available for the Wii? Such as the fit board, extra controllers, etc?

Was considering bringing one over from the UK, but they are hard to get hold of, and the Wii fit game has a waiting list, or at least that was the case last time I was there.
