Fyi A Pharmeceutical Website In Thai

Featured Replies

Since working for an AIDS dissident years ago I have learned to question the pharmaceutical industry and at least research what I am given and make informed descions about how many chemicals I want to put in my body and learn what the side affects and interactions are.

I once had a Thai friend accuse me of thinking I know more then the doctor. And I said no it just about being informed especially in THailand where your meds are nameless and handed to you in a little white baggie.

In yesterdays Bangkok post there was a great arricle about a new website in Thai where people, (Thai's) can get more info about the drugs they are taking.

It is called:

Ya and You

A new online drug database that aims to improve the life quality

The article is here http://www.bangkokpost.com/life/family/9788/ya-and-you

And the website here... http://www.yaandyou.net/

I personaly felt it was extremely important to spread the word and was impressed by the article.
