How To Help Thailand Now?

I am national of Ukraine and want to help to Thailand. However I cannot contact our local department (which collect money/goods for sending to Thailand as help - phone busy all the time).

Is anybody know TRUSTED Thai goverment fond which accept donates from foregeiners? (website/phone. no scam pls.)

My condolences for Thai and asian peoples - who lost the mates, kids or familes at this tsunami.
