Living long term in Thailand would like to carry an organ donor card and does anyone know if such exists here, and if so how to obtain, and is it downloadable?

(or is there such a thing as an international organ donor card?)

I used to carry one until I heard reports that even in first world countries, there have been incidents of doctors/hospitals removing people's organs while the patients were still alive, out of eagerness to make a LOT of money using patients' organs for other patients' transplants.

You believe Thais would be any more honest and less greedy for a quick buck?
