Background:

Commercial Fishing Boat's onboard Freezer compressor is damaged.

Not sure if the insulation seals need fixing too or not.

Boat owner is Thai based in BKK and is plying the Aden Sea at the moment.

We had a technician go fix it couple of days ago, and it's broken down again.

Need:

Someone reliable to go fix it.

Or someone who can do the necessary to bring boat+crew back to Thailand for the fix.
