Hello: I am Rick Michael & want to know if anyone has been to Vientienne Thai Consulate recently to try for either Non 0 or re-entry Tourist visa. Also, does anyone know of a hotel there that would have someone who can take care of getting the visa done for some extra fee? My visa is finished on 13 Jan after more than 6-months & need to be here another 4 months. I will be in the North & it would be easy to go to Nong Khai & into Laos from there. I have been hearing rumors that the consulate there is now no good for us anymore. Is it still possible to get anything done there? Thanks to anyone who knows about anything of value, [email protected]
