Hi there

Can anybody point me to an English version of the Labor Law. I need info on what rights and duties I have as an employer of staff in a restaurant/hotel? Even I have my staff fully insured, pay them for every minute overtime etc. etc. they can still walk out on me, steal my money and I have to pay them 3 months salaries during the first year of employment. Time to inform myself!
