Business Visa

Featured Replies

There is a business offering business visas good for one year on this very website for 8,000 baht, 90 day valid for one year or 16 months if you work it right.

They have to be validated outside of Thailand; does anyone have experience of these visas?

Any sucess, or will the Thai embassy/consul, knock them back?

We offer this service for business people who we feel are sincere about investing in Thailand and want to invest or do research on the possibility of doing so. We of course DON"t issue the visa. The Embassy/Consulate does. We give all the detailed paperwork such as our company reg, vat returns etc. We are selective on who we sponsor and maybe why we have never had someone rejected yet to get their visa. We have from time to time, declined sponsoring someone but the Embassy never has rejected a visa.
r 16 months if you work it right.

Most you could get would be 15 months

Even though it never has happen with our clients, no guarantees that you won’t be rejected because it is always the Embassies discretion. We of course guarantee that if the Embassy/Consulate were to reject giving you the visa, any funds you had gave us, would be returned in full.
