My insurance company in the USA wants a copy of my Thai wife's driving record, in order to get a discounted rate here in the US. I have been unable to find out where to go to get such records, and my wife swears that they don't provide such records. Unbelievable, I say! Has anyone else encountered this issue? BTW, she lived in Bangkok. Thanks in advance for any help! :o

I believe what your insurance company wants is a no claims statement from the insurance company she had in Thailand. Contact her Thai insurance company and they can provide her the paperwork needed. Of course some Thai have many claims so that might not be much help. :o
