"Trump’s Foreign Aid Cuts Could Result in Millions of Preventable Deaths" What this statement is in effect saying is that United States aid had hitherto (and despite its corruption and "politicisation") been saving millions of preventable deaths. The onus to do this should not be on one single country but on all countries able to contribute, whether through funding or directly-applied services. There should be an international organisation to oversee and organise this, with oversight by all nations that contribute and receive aid. With a view to eliminating corruption and the furtherance of foreign policies through 'colour revolutions'. -
