Was up from Phuket over the weekend and saw a sign outside "charming bar" saying for sale. ( soi 4 just past dynasty heading away from suk.)

Any body know how much etc... ?

Dont know how much but i never seen anybody in the place ,walked passed it thousands of times not surprised i did with some of the horrors stood outside.

Was curious as to what value they put on it thats all , as one poster has allready said I too have walked past the place thousands of times over the years i have lived here and never gone in.
