Lompraiah catamaran or Seatran fast boat, Samui-Phangan-Koh Tao. I don't know the schedule, but around 1.30/2 hours from Samui.

As above. Much prefer the Seatran from Bangrak as its a much more comfortable boat and the staff are a lot more pleasant. Answered your other questions on your other post

No I believe the man you mean " Sunset " manages the Koh Tao office now. As you say a very nice and also very funny man.

Seatran 8am or 3pm from Big Buddha beach government pier takes 2 hours: http://www.seatrandiscovery.com/search_ebooking_tour.php

Lomprayah at 8.30am and 12.30 pm takes 1h45min and is bit cheaper. Note that they now have a pier near-by at Big Buddha beach and doesn't operate from Maenam any more http://www.lomprayah.com/E/booking_buffet_1.aspx

Notime I think you will find the ferry times are 0800 and 1330or at least they were last month. The ferry that leaves at 1600 only goes to KPG
